1. General Terms
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
The Isles™ is a registered trademarkof Harvey Dormer. All designs, artwork, and products sold on this website are the intellectual property of Harvey Dormer and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
Hurt Creative LTD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Hurt Creative LTD is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on orders.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country's authorities upon arrival of the parcel. We are unable to predict or cover these costs. Please note that for orders shipped to the USA, US customs duties may apply in accordance with current trade regulations.
4. Shipping
Orders are dispatched from two locations depending on the product:
Prints and bookmarks are dispatched from London, United Kingdom.
Miniatures are dispatched from Ukraine by our fulfilment partner.
As miniatures and prints are dispatched separately, orders containing both product types will arrive in separate parcels.

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We are unable to take responsibility for delays once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
5. Customs & International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we are unable to offer a refund on the original shipping cost.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, please get in touch at hello@hurtcreative.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prints & Bookmarks
We accept returns on prints and bookmarks within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original, undamaged condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Miniatures
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our resin miniatures, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence if this is the case, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@hurtcreative.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the relevant postal service. We are unable to issue refunds for parcels that are delayed but still in transit.
7. Intellectual Property
The Isles™ is a registered trademark of Harvey Dormer. All artwork, designs, and product imagery on this website are protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy
We collect and process personal data (name, address, email) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond what is necessary for order fulfilment and delivery. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
